After seeing such things as his father pass away and even the inside of a NY State Prison by the age of 16, there isnt much that would surprise Coach Springer. Since then he has remarkably turned his life around. He now knows that what he has gone through is what makes him the right one to teach not the only youth of this world but all that need that insight and inspiration.
Coach Springer is the founder of Spartan Basketball in San Antonio, TX and also a infantryman in the Army National Guard. Tim is very passionate about living his life as a soldier and mentor to basketball players. However, a growing desire has overcome him to help all. Especially in the character development department of life. There is a strong belief in Tim that everyone must work on their character everyday. This is what helped him rise above his turbulent times in life and also grow into a successful mentor and entrepreneur. Seeking knowledge from others is a part of that growth.
It is through his own personal development that Coach Springer has beomce a successful coach, husband, father, entrepreneur and the list goes on. He accredits basketball and the military to teaching much of these personal traits that have made him successful.
He has created the very popular Car Series where he speaks about life lessons he has come across on a daily basis in hopes to educate others.
